In this quick guide, we’ll walk you through how to use OBScoreboard, a simple browser-based tool, to add a live tennis scoreboard directly into PRISM Live. Just copy your unique link, drop it into a browser source in PRISM Live, and you’re good to go. Your stream will look sharper, more dynamic, and ready for action.
Step 1: Create Your Sports Scoreboard Overlay on OBScoreboard
First, head over to OBScoreboard.com and sign up for an account. (If you already have one, simply log in.)
Once inside your dashboard:
- Click on “Create New Overlay”.

Add a title such as “John vs Mary”, select “Tennis” from the list of available sports, and optionally add a game description. While this example uses tennis, OBScoreboard also supports a wide range of sports, including Football, Rugby, GAA, Basketball, Aussie Rules, Darts, Pool, Ping Pong, Pickleball, Padel, and upcoming support for Cricket, American Football, and Baseball — so you can use the same simple steps for any sport you stream.
Step 2: Add Overlay to Live Stream
- Select the scoreboard overlay style that you want to add to your live stream and add click “Add Overlay“.
Step 3: Next configure your stream by adding Player Names and other settings.
- Go to the Team section and select or create new teams.
- Configure the settings, first to points per game and best of games per set.
- Enable whether there is a Golden point or not.
- Click Update once all settings shave been configured.
Step 4: Click Go Live in the top right of the dashboard.
- Once you have configured your scoreboard, click go live.
Step 4: Click “Copy Stream Link”
- Next you’re going to click copy stream link and paste this into OBS.
Step 5: Initiate adding the browser source to PRISM Live by clicking the plus button on the dashboard.
Step 6: Click Browser
- Click browser as the source and then click OK.
Step 7: Click OK
Next, you can optionally name your browser source and then click OK.
Step 8: Add URL and change the Width & Height.
Paste the URL from Step 4 into the URL textbox and change the width to 1920 and the height to 1080.
- Once you have the above complete, click the close button.
Step 9: Your overlay should now appear in your PRISM Live live stream.
